Victor Company of Japan ("JVC") and Kenwood Corporation ("Kenwood") established the joint holding company "JVC KENWOOD Holdings, Inc." ("JVC KENWOOD Holdings") on October 1, 2008, for the purposes of management integration.

By integrating the management of these two historic companies, a uniquely specialized manufacturer is born in Japan and is dedicated to the technological development of the video, audio, wireless and entertainment businesses.
